A CobWeb award goes to tech Jenny, who, on June 21 abruptly closed a ticket and disappeared, leaving unanswered questions and unresolved issues. I wonder if Jenny received special Webs training or if being incompetent and rude is a natural gift for her. Either way, a CobWeb Award to Jenny for carrying on Webs' proud tradition of sucky service.
Update: After a week, Jenny finally decided to pop her head up. She announced that she and the engineers had added a special patch to my website to fix the problem I had described to her. However, the patch did not really address the problem, and it was clear that Jenny had never understood the problem. Furthermore, it turned out that her special patch didn't even accomplish what it was supposed to accomplish. In fact, it simply added another bug to the problem.
Jenny's level of incompetence exceeds anything I have ever seen before. She has no business working in any support role.
