A CobWeb award goes to tech Jenny, who, on June 21 abruptly closed a ticket and disappeared, leaving unanswered questions and unresolved issues. I wonder if Jenny received special Webs training or if being incompetent and rude is a natural gift for her. Either way, a CobWeb Award to Jenny for carrying on Webs' proud tradition of sucky service.

A special thanks to Tiff who, on June 16, gave a nonsense answer to my encounter with the captcha monster. Not only was Tiff clueless, but she also, just for good measure, decided arbitrarily and capriciously to block me from chat. I'm struggling to avoid the B-word. This would be a good opportunity to thank the fine people at Webs for generously hiring so many of our nation's mentally and emotionally impaired patients.
